The decision of taking back the retrenched employees and that even in a time interval of 48 hours only is really impulsive. It has come at a time when cost burdens are drowning several business entities around the world. But business houses are employing job cut as a cost cutting measure and considering the present condition of the global economies it is not bad at all.
It is good that corporate entities are concerned about the welfare of its employees but prioritizing it above the interest of their shareholders are against the ethics of the business and should never be accepted.
